By 2030, it is predicted that the number of youths in Africa will have increased by 42% as, Africa's youth population is rapidly growing and expected to double to over 830 million by 2050. The outdated education system churns out employees with no jobs. One-third of Africa's youth are unemployed and discouraged, another third are vulnerably employed, and only one in six is in wage employment. Therefore as a means of empowering Africa's youth, Innovative Thinking Glass (ITG) provides a practical platform where creatives like Artisans, Artists, Writers and other professionals can create their accounts to train or mentor a community of subscribers of their trade, art & business with videos, voice and data protocols through practice.

Having worked with EU Micro Projects Program (MPPs) in Africa, including the Niger Delta Region of Nigeria; I came face to face with Poverty in African rural communities. Though the Program was well designed from Need Assessment to Project delivery; which includes community contribution to create sense of ownership and sustainability to the Projects. Most of the Projects were abandoned after 10 years. The communities remained the same or worse off from my Research. I was worried, and I thought of how my father overcame Poverty right from a peasant village community by determination and Innovative Mindset, without any external intervention; and I realized I can actually create something that will trigger the mindsets of Million Youths in Africa. Which gave birth to Innovative Thinking Glass Africa.
